Filipinos have contributed to Hawaiʻi’s workforce for more than a century, yet remain underrepresented in executive positions. The FCCH Fellows Program exists to change that — identifying emerging Filipino-American leaders and developing them toward executive levels across business, government, and the nonprofit sector.

Program Structure

Nine months — September through April, one cohort per year.
6–10 fellows per class, drawn from diverse industries and every county in Hawaiʻi.
Hybrid format — monthly in-person Saturdays on Oʻahu plus biweekly Thursday virtual sessions.
Mentorship and executive coaching throughout the program.
Site visits and leadership discussions with Hawaiʻi executives.
One year of FCCH membership included.
