The Filipino Entrepreneur of the Year Awards is the Chamber’s highest business honor, recognising Filipino-American entrepreneurs and executives whose work has strengthened Hawaiʻi’s economy and community.
The award was established in 1988 by Cecilia Villafuerte during her term as FCCH President. The Young Filipino Entrepreneur award followed shortly after, recognising business owners under 35 — a distinction the Chamber still confers today.
